Green Smoothie with Avocado
Tons of spinach makes this smoothie nutrient-rich, and a frozen banana makes it extra sweet.
In your blender, add:
- 1 frozen banana
- ½ cup frozen or fresh mango
- ½ a small or medium avocado
- 1 cup of spinach
- 1 ¼ cups of milk of your choice
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Avocado Berry Breakfast Smoothie Recipe

In your blender, add:
- 1 package frozen raspberries (or about 10 ounces fresh)
- 1 ¼ cups of orange juice
- 1 ripe avocado
- Ice cubes

Avocado Banana Smoothie
Avocado and banana make this smoothie creamy, delicious and nutritious. The addition of dry oats adds extra fiber and will help keep you full longer.
In your blender:
- 1 cup of milk of your choice
- ½ an avocado
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 tablespoons dry rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Optional: handful of baby spinach

Kale and spinach pack a potent punch in this smoothie, while the added fruits make it sweet and full of vitamins.

- 2 cups of red seedless grapes
- 1 cup of spinach and kale
- 1 medium pear, cored and chopped
- ½ cup of frozen pumpkin puree
- 2 tablespoons of avocado
- ¾ cup coconut water
